The problem
Small buildings deserve better than scattered records
Most 6–60 flat buildings are run by volunteers juggling Excel, WhatsApp and paper. It works — until it doesn't.
Spreadsheets only one person understands
Dues, payments and expenses live in an Excel file on the treasurer's laptop. When they're busy or hand over, nobody knows the real picture.
Important messages lost in WhatsApp
Notices, reminders and complaints get buried under good-morning messages. Nothing is tracked, so the same issue is raised again and again.
Paper receipts and disputes
Receipts go missing, payments are remembered differently and residents ask where the money went. Every disagreement costs time and trust.
The solution
One simple place for your building's operations
LaFlaunt replaces the patchwork with a single, mobile-friendly workspace for your committee and residents.
- Every flat's dues, payments and receipts in one shared record
- Bills that can't be quietly edited — corrections are recorded as adjustments
- Notices and complaints with a clear status, not a lost chat message
- Expenses with categories and attachments that the committee can review
- Reports for the AGM without a weekend of spreadsheet work

Security & trust
Designed to keep your building's money and data safe
These principles are built into LaFlaunt from the very first release.
Each building is a private workspace
Your building's records are kept separate from every other building, and access is checked on our servers for every request.
Role-based access
Admins, treasurers, committee members and residents each see only what their role allows. Residents see their own dues, not their neighbours'.
Financial history you can trust
Issued bills aren't silently changed. Corrections are recorded as adjustments, and important actions are kept in an audit log.
Private documents stay private
Receipts and documents are shared only with people who have permission to see them.
FAQ
Questions committees ask us
Is LaFlaunt available today?
LaFlaunt is in early access. We're building it together with a small group of buildings. Join early access or book a demo and we'll contact you about getting your building started.
Do residents need to install an app?
No. LaFlaunt is a mobile-friendly web app that works in any modern phone or computer browser.
Can residents pay online through LaFlaunt?
In the first release, you record payments received by UPI, bank transfer, cash or cheque, and LaFlaunt issues receipts. Online payment collection is planned for a later release.
How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is a yearly subscription per building, based on the number of flats. Buildings with more than 60 flats can contact us for a quote.
Can other buildings see our data?
No. Every building is a separate, private workspace, and access is checked on the server against the user's building and role for every request.
What happens after I fill in the form?
We'll reach out to learn about your building and, if you asked for one, schedule a free demo at a time that suits you.
